How much do your services cost?
We rent our rooms by the hour. Please contact us regarding the nature of your event and we will recommend the most appropriate space to you. In addition to providing meeting spaces, we also offer a multitude of services à la carte at an additional cost. During our initial consultation, we will explain the costs so you know what to expect.
Do you provide photography services?
We do! If you are hoping to capture the ambiance and experience of your wedding day or other special event, take advantage of one of our professional photographers.
I would like to have my event catered. Do you have any suggestions?
At Nashville Ballrooms, we have built relationships with many local vendors that provide first-class services for business meetings and other special events. If you are looking for a professional catering service or bartenders, we have some recommendations for you. The vendors we recommend have had experience providing services at our venue in the past and will know just how to assist you.
